  • Yes!

    In home visits are available for an extra 20$+HST travel fee. 

    Having a new baby is challenging enough without needing to leave home for support.

    The best help comes right where you're most comfortable—at home, where you spend most of your time feeding your baby.

    So relax, stay in your pajamas, don't worry about tidying up, and let me come to you.

    Get the full experience of an in-office consultation from your very own home- a weighted feed to determine how much milk your child is transferring is included. 

    Travel fee applies within the Kitchener Waterloo region (Elmira, St. Jacobs, Waterloo, Kitchener, and surrounding. Must be within a 30 min drive from the office 210 Northlake Dr, Waterloo)


  • Our office is available by appointment only. It is a home-based office located at 210 Northlake Dr. Waterloo, Ontario, N2V 1A8. From the driveway walk up the right side of the house and enter through the outside gate, walk through the patio and down the stairs. You will find our office door at the bottom of the staircase.

    *Please note there is a set of stairs and if you require assistance to get down/up, please let us know before your appointment.

    For more urgent matters please call us at 548-255-7285. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM - 12 PM, and 4 PM - 6 PM, and Saturdays 9 AM - 12 PM. If we don’t answer we might be with a client, please feel free to leave a voicemail. 


  • We are working on getting OHIP coverage, however at the moment we are not covered by OHIP.

  • We understand that life gets in the way! No worries, please let us know at least 12 hours before your appointment time to cancel and reschedule an appointment. This allows for others to have a chance to grab a last minute appointment. However, if there is a no show or late cancellation (within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time) we will have to charge $50 to the card saved on file.

  • Yes! Certain private insurance companies may include lactation support as part of a health care spending account (some may require a doctor’s note). Please review your specific policy to understand your coverage details. After your visit, you will receive a receipt that can be submitted to your private insurance provider.
